Doctor Bird Cocktail recipe as depicted:
1 Jigger (1.5oz) Light Jamaican Rum
1 Teaspoon Honey, Logwood if available
1 Teaspoon Cream
dash of grenadine syrup
crack ice
fresh orange peel to garnish.
Combine all ingredients, shake thoroughly and strain into a
chilled champagne glass. Garnish with fresh orange peel.
